Inactive mailbox?

If the mailbox you used to receive faxes and messages from MESSAGENET has become inactive, you can recover your UserID and PASSWORD sending us a fax containing a signed recovery request.

You must provide an email address and a valid phone number where we can transmit UserID and PASSWORD

N.B. Only the holder of the fax number can require UserID and PASSWORD. You MUST attach to the fax a copy of a valid personal identity document.
