The files we send don't contain any viruses. They are safe, and comply with standards for email file attachments.
This problem is caused by a recent upgrade of Microsoft applications in your system. (For instance, some configurations of Outlook.)
To bypass this limitation, you just have to modify your Outlook client settings as follows:
- open Outlook
- choose "Options" from the "Tools" menu
- click "Protection"
- deselect the box "Do not save or open attachments that might contain viruses".
- Click "Apply" to confirm the change and then "OK".
